Refunds

    1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Digital Tool Haven. We sell digital software tools (“Digital Content”) delivered by download. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (“Paddle”).
    1. Business Customers (B2B)
If you purchase as a Business Customer (i.e., for purposes related to your trade, business, craft, or profession), the statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Refunds, if any, are handled through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) under Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and our Refund Policy. For Business Customers, refunds (if any) are processed by Paddle under Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and applicable law. Where appropriate, we may support your request and (where possible) ask Paddle to issue a refund or credit.
    • 14-Day Consumer Right to Cancel (EU/UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days starting the day after completion of the transaction (“Cancellation Period”). To request cancellation or a refund during this period, please contact Paddle.

  1. Refund Requests and Eligibility
All refund requests are handled by Paddle under Paddle’s applicable buyer terms (consumer or business, as applicable) and applicable law. Paddle may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and may refuse requests where permitted (for example, in cases of fraud or abuse).
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. In particular, if a product is not as described, faulty, not fit for purpose, or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection laws (including EU and Belgian law). Where required by law, we (and Paddle) will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
  1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact Paddle and provide your order details (such as your order number and purchase date, found in your Paddle receipt email). Paddle will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
  1. Refund Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. If a refund is approved, Paddle will credit the amount back to the original payment method used. Depending on banks and payment providers, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
  1. Access Revocation
If a refund is approved for a digital product, your right to use that purchase ends. Continued use of the refunded product is not permitted. Access to future updates, support, or replacement download access for that refunded purchase can’t be provided.
