Limitations
- Strict diagnostic reader reports complete logical records, header duplicates/empties and ragged widths; stop at the first syntax error without repairing/exporting a guessed table. Syntax positions are1-based physical lines/UTF16 columns (CRLF counts once); header/width row numbers are1-based logical records including header. Preserve quoted embedded newlines. One leading BOM is CSV framing. Malformed CSV gives a valid negative report; invalid delimiter,NUL or budgets refuse. At most2000 logical records/200 columns/100000 cells/100000 source units.
- Text fields are limited to100,000 UTF16 units each and400,000 combined UTF8 bytes; file fields have their own displayed limits. Combined output is at most4MiB. Processing stops after30 seconds; tool-specific bounds may be tighter.
- Generated source is a downloadable result and is not executed here. Inspection does not establish remote behavior, trust or standards certification.
