Limitations
- Paste only ?a=1&b=2 or a=1&b=2, not a full URL. Repeated names become arrays; other values stay strings, including numbers and leading zeros. Plus means space. Malformed percent/UTF-8, raw # and empty & segments reject. URLs are never fetched. Up to 5 MiB per step and strict JSON's 200,000-value limit; decoded parameter grouping/encoding spelling may normalize.
