How to use this tool
- Paste Query string text or choose a UTF-8 file; a chosen file takes precedence.
- Paste only a query string, optionally starting with ?. Plus signs become spaces; malformed percent escapes fail. Bare names become empty string values.
- Select Process data, review the result, and download it. Use Reset to clear the working data.

Limitations
5 MiB input, 20 MiB output. Values remain strings; repeated keys become arrays. Group order and percent-encoding spelling are normalized; empty separator segments are rejected.
