How to use this tool

  • Enter the inclusive start and exclusive end date and time using strict YYYY-MM-DD and HH:MM.
  • Choose weekdays 1–7 for Monday–Sunday, a same-day work window and an optional contained lunch.
  • Select Calculate working time and download the full daily report.

Examples

Monday 10:00 to Tuesday 15:00 with 09:00–17:00 work and 12:00–13:00 lunch gives 11 working hours.

Limitations

  • Years 0001–9999; 00:00–23:59 clocks; at most 3660 days between input dates and 3661 daily rows; 512 total input UTF-16 units, 1 MiB JSON and 30 seconds.
  • The end is exclusive; end-midnight does not add a row for that date. Equal start/end returns zero minutes and no rows. Weekdays are a unique comma-separated list without spaces.
  • Work and enabled lunch have positive same-day lengths; lunch must be wholly inside work. No overnight shifts, timezone, daylight-saving or holiday inference.
