How to use this tool

  • Enter a JSON array of objects with exactly label, price, quantity and unit. Price and quantity must be decimal strings; use item, g, kg, ml or L.
  • Use one dimension and one shared currency label. Choose 0 through 12 display decimal places; ranking uses exact fractions before display rounding.
  • Select Compare exact unit prices and download unit-price-comparison.json. Original rows, duplicates and stable dense ties are retained.

Examples

2.50 for 500 g gives 0.0050 per g; 4.80 for 1 kg gives 0.0048 per g and ranks first.

Limitations

  • At most 100 offers, 65,536 input bytes, 20,000 total input UTF-16 units, 200 units per offer or currency label, 4,096 exact-intermediate digits, 1 MiB complete output and 30 seconds.
  • Amounts require unsigned decimal strings with 1 through 18 total coefficient digits and at most 6 fractional digits. Price may be zero; quantity must be positive.
  • Count, mass and volume cannot mix. No currency conversion, pack inference, discounts, shipping, tax or purchase advice. Dense equal-price ranks are 1,1,2; display rounding is half away from zero.
