How to use this tool
- Enter Strict decimal token and Requested significant digits from 1–200.
- Choose Tie policy and select Round significant figures.
- Download significant-figures.json for the complete original and rounded report.

Limitations
- At most 200 coefficient digits, 220 raw units and an input exponent of 1–5 digits from −10000 to 10000; no outer whitespace. Report up to 64 KiB, with a 30-second processing limit.
- The mantissa has exactly the requested digits. Carry or normalization can move the result exponent beyond the input exponent range. Zero retains an original minus and uses exponent zero.
- No measurement uncertainty or unlimited precision is inferred.
