How to use this tool
- Enter the cookie name and unquoted ASCII value, then the optional attributes.
- Use a positive Max-Age or a strict UTC expiry timestamp when needed.
- Build and download the inert header and report; the tool does not set a browser cookie.

name=session, value=abc and Secure produce session=abc; Secure.
Limitations
- At most 4096 input units, 8192 UTF-8 bytes, an 8192-byte header line, 64 KiB combined output and 30 seconds.
- A finite authoring profile based on RFC 6265 grammar and selected dated draft checks. No quoted-value encoding, public-suffix validation, browser delivery or universal conformance claim.
- Max-Age is 1 through 2147483647; zero and negative values are unsupported. Expires accepts real UTC dates from 1601 through 9999. Prefix security checks are ASCII case-insensitive and SameSite=None requires Secure.
