Limitations
- Declared2020-12 local narrowing candidates,not proved breaking changes or set inclusion. Boolean schemas,type unions,enum/const,exact numeric inclusive/exclusive bounds,string/array/object counts,required/properties,boolean additionalProperties and uniform items. Number includes integer;shared exact instance equality ignores object key order/numeric spelling. Respect relevant instance types and first/newly required property reporting;recursive data paths include [] for items. Contradictory/interacting constraints can make candidates redundant;empty output is not a compatibility or satisfiability certificate. Annotations(default/examples/format included)are not assertions. Refuse other dialects,refs,combinators,patterns,multipleOf,tuple/unevaluated/dependent/custom keywords and schema-valued additionalProperties. At most20000 combined parsed JSON values,5000 schema nodes/40 levels per schema,200000 shared identity visits/8MiB identity bytes,10000 compared nodes,2000 candidates/1MiB cumulative path bytes;shared input/output limits apply. No remote retrieval.
- Text fields are limited to100,000 UTF16 units each and400,000 combined UTF8 bytes; file fields have their own displayed limits. Combined output is at most4MiB. Processing stops after30 seconds; tool-specific bounds may be tighter.
