How to use this tool
- Enter a UTC reference date and meeting length from 1 to 1440 whole minutes.
- Enter 1–50 unique participant labels, integer offsetMinutes from -840 to 840, and same-day HH:MM start and end windows.
- Find common intervals, then download both full artifacts. CSV formula protection affects labels only; JSON retains the original labels.
Examples
Alice at UTC+120 minutes and Bob at UTC-300 minutes with 09:00–17:00 windows overlap from 14:00 to 15:00 UTC. A 30-minute meeting may start through 14:30 inclusive.
Limitations
- Fixed entered offsets only; no IANA zones, daylight-saving changes, live world time, holidays or invitations.
- Strict 00:00–23:59 clocks; start must precede end. Complete half-open overlaps remain visible even when too short.
- All required dates and endpoints must remain in years 0001–9999. 64 KiB combined text, 1 MiB combined JSON and CSV, and 30 seconds.
