How to use this tool
- Choose one unencrypted EPUB 3 within the displayed limits.
- Choose Convert to AZW3. Cancel stops the worker and Reset clears the session.
- Read any conversion warnings, download the AZW3 and check its chapters, images and navigation in your reader.

Convert a personal two-chapter EPUB 3 with a table of contents and embedded PNG images to an AZW3 reading copy.
Limitations
- 20 MiB compressed input; 32 MiB expanded/output; 1,000 ZIP entries; 8 MiB each; 200 reading-order items. XML/CSS: 8 MiB total; XML 2 MiB each; CSS 256 KiB each; 200,000 structure events; depth 48. Native heap 256 MiB and 60-second cancellable deadline including verified engine download.
- Static, single-rendition, reflowable UTF-8 EPUB 3 only. ZIP64, encrypted/obfuscated/signed resources, scripting, SVG/MathML, media overlays, fixed layout, CSS imports and remote resources are rejected.
- Embedded raster images: PNG/JPEG, 4 MP each, 20 MP total, 8,192 pixels per side. Large images may be recompressed/downscaled; PNG covers and converted PNGs flatten transparency onto white. Embedded TTF/OTF fonts and ordinary hyperlinks may be retained. Font bytes are copied as inert resources after signature-only checks; their structure and rendering are not validated.
- Styles, pagination and advanced publishing features can change; the converter reports known fallbacks but does not certify conformance, accessibility or exact layout. Test the downloaded result.
- Output is KF8/AZW3, not legacy MOBI7. No DRM removal, account access, cloud processing or automatic transfer to a Kindle.
