Limitations
- Compare2–20 explicitly supplied IN-class resolver record sets against the first snapshot. Report all missing/extra normalized records;ignore TTL,record order and duplicate set members. Preserve TXT case,octets and chunk boundaries. Same12 typed RDATA formats,ASCII name profile and wire bounds as zone inspection;data uses DNS master-file RDATA notation,unqualified names mean absolute at root. Optional TTL must be an integer0–2147483647 but is not compared. Unique nonempty resolver labels within200 characters;at most2000 total records and shared100000-character/20000-node/40-level JSON/4MiB report bounds. No DNS query,live propagation,global consensus or full zone/DNSSEC claim.
- Text fields are limited to100,000 UTF16 units each and400,000 combined UTF8 bytes; file fields have their own displayed limits. Combined output is at most4MiB. Processing stops after30 seconds; tool-specific bounds may be tighter.
