  • Select Calculate Pearson matrix and inspect the complete stated conventions.
  • Download correlation-matrix.json.

Examples

x=1,2,3 and y=2,4,6 give a perfect positive Pearson coefficient.

Limitations

  • At most1 MiB UTF-8,10000 data rows,100 columns,100000 cells including headers,2–20 selected columns,400 matrix cells,2 million triangular updates,20 MiB output and30 seconds. At least2 complete data rows.
  • Numeric cells admit an optional sign,1–18 total digits and up to6 fraction digits; no spaces or exponents. Selected empty/nonnumeric values refuse; every pair involving a constant column is null.
  • Approximate scientific coefficients/deviations have12 significant digits and a checked relative bound5.1e-12; no correctly rounded decimal square-root, Spearman, imputation or statistical significance claim.
