How to use this tool
- Choose Direction and Input delimiter. Paste a complete frame or CSV, or choose a UTF-8 file; the file takes precedence.
- Set First row is a header. Protect CSV destination formulas applies only to ASCII to CSV and is ignored for ASCII output.
- Select Convert table and download converted.csv or table.txt plus table-report.json.
Examples
The values A and B render in one canonical framed column; importing the frame returns those complete CSV fields.
Limitations
- 1 MiB input, 5,001 total rows, 100 columns, 100,000 cells, 20,000 characters per frame line and 5 MiB combined output; 30-second processing limit.
- ASCII cells require printable ASCII without tabs, line breaks, pipe or plus. CSV export rejects trailing spaces; leading spaces remain. Import requires canonical longest-cell column widths.
- One ASCII grammar only. No Unicode box drawing, terminal display-width inference, arbitrary Markdown tables or multiline cells. CSV quoting and formula protection can change serialized source bytes.
