About this flow

Replace an obsolete literal catalog label, order complete rows by a text column, and share the complete selected worksheet as inert semantic HTML. Whole-cell, case-sensitive matching changes exact Legacy labels but leaves Already Current and Legacy-ish untouched. The first row stays in place during sorting; replacement can also affect it. Text sort uses Unicode code units, not numeric magnitude or locale collation. HTML includes all selected cells and escaped text; no source images/links/scripts/Office layout.

Limitations

HTML contains every displayed cell in the selected worksheet with escaped text. It has no source links, images, scripts, formulas, original formatting or Office page layout. The first row is kept as a header during row ordering but literal replacement can also change its text. Cached formula values must already be saved. Intermediate XLSX files are value-only copies; original and earlier checkpoints retain replaced values. Each XLSX and final HTML must fit 20 MiB.
No native Microsoft Excel execution, Office page-layout reproduction, other browser engine, physical device or universal feature compatibility is established.
