Raw source/BOM/whitespace retained;original decoder trims and uppercases. Decoded resistance feeds original E6/E12/E24 bracketing,absolute-error nearest and signed-error calculation. Original ties choose lower. A zero-ohm jumper keeps its decoded checkpoint but the original finder refuses target0. Reports retain unknown tolerance/power as null;nominal values do not establish replacement ratings or suitability. The ZIP keeps source,both complete native reports and actual string arguments. Private values unredacted;no circuit action/remote lookup. Original30second workers,90second connection;ZIP256KiB/expanded128KiB/entry64KiB.
Exact original supported grammar and target1e-6..1e12ohms;no EIA96/other codes,unit inference/tolerance/power/stock or electrical replacement recommendation. No resistance arithmetic,rounding or preferred-value algorithm introduced.
