Scale a Recipe into Ingredient Shopping Totals

Scale supplied ingredient rows to a new serving count,then combine matching literal ingredient and unit labels into exact shopping totals.

• Choose UTF-8 CSV/TSV with ingredient,quantity,unit headers,1-20 rows and up to10 columns/64KiB. Names/units are literal,nonempty single-line text up to128/32 characters,without square brackets; extra columns and raw BOM/source bytes remain in the checkpoint. Enter original and desired servings. The original scaler feeds readable ingredient [unit] labels and actual scaled numbers to the original exact-decimal grouper. Different literal units,names,case or spaces stay separate; no conversion or quantity rounding. Consumer numbers allow1-18 digits and at most6 decimal places,no exponent. Unsupported precision keeps the full checkpoint and refuses downstream. Each checkpoint row retains the complete raw source,arguments and native report,unredacted. Final count/sum/min/max uses original formula-prefix protection;raw source/checkpoint are unprotected. No Excel cell-type,cooking-time,food-safety,nutrition or stock-sufficiency guarantee.
• Original numeric parser admits explicit quantity decimal string to nonnegative finite number0..1e12. Original recipe arguments original/desired servings positive1e-12..1e12 strings and ingredients JSON rows [literal ingredient,number,literal unit]. Original computes factor=desired/original,scaledQuantity=quantity*factor,retains all result fields and rows. Project String(actual scaledQuantity) without rounding into column3 of the complete checkpoint. Existing unchanged csv-group-by-aggregator groups column1 ingredient [unit],value column3,protecttrue,shared explicit delimiter. Original fixed-scale consumer admits1-18 digits total,at most6 fractional digits,no exponent/spaces. A valid scaled result outside that lexical contract retains full checkpoint and refuses downstream;no rounding/clamp. Exact first-seen groups,count,sum,min,max.
• scaled-recipe-ingredients.csv or.tsv,7columns:ingredient_unit,source_row,scaled_quantity,native_report_json,source_text,original_arguments_json,source_filename. Every row keeps the entire original native JSON+LF,complete original all-string arguments,raw source text including BOM/CRLF/extras,and source filename. No field discarded. Ordinary table artifact delimited-table role,not archive or competing runtime. Quote-all CRLF writer protectfalse preserves exact private/raw cells. Max5MiB/20rows/7columns147cells;actual source and whole checkpoint remain downloadable.
• Own source64KiB/20rows10columns210cells,labels128/32units without square brackets,serving controls128singleline. Original scaler500-row/400000combined-input/4MiBJSON limits remain unchanged but owned source has at most20rows. Checkpoint5MiB/20rows7columns147cells and native output20MiB unchanged grouper. Original30s recipe worker/owned90s connection,singleflight/Cancel/reset. Full raw private content unredacted; no secure-erasure/Excel leading-zero/formula roundtrip guarantee. Fractional precision >6 or exponent output is a genuine downstream refusal retaining full checkpoint.
