Review Scaled Recipe Batch and Portion Costs

Scale supplied recipe quantities,then calculate batch and portion costs from matching pack quantities and prices,keeping both complete original reports.

• Choose UTF-8 CSV/TSV with ingredient,quantity,unit,pack_quantity,pack_price headers;1-20 rows,up to10 columns/64KiB. Names/units are literal single-line text within128/32 characters,without square brackets. Pack quantities must use the same unit as their ingredient;all prices and other batch cost use one supplied monetary unit. Original/desired servings scale the recipe;actual desired servings supplies the cost portions,which must be a whole number1-1e9. Actual scaled quantities feed original proportional pack-cost arithmetic,without rounding or pack purchase ceilings. Missing/invalid pack data or unsupported portions/quantities keeps the full scaler checkpoint. ZIP retains raw source,complete checkpoint,both original reports and exact cost arguments,unredacted. No unit/price lookup,yield loss,tax,labour rate,menu-price,stock-sufficiency or food-safety recommendation. Original30s calculations;90s cost connection.
• Existing original scaler computes factor=desired/original and scaledQuantity=quantity*factor. Actual complete B35 seven-column table unchanged. New consumer verifies every whole checkpoint byte and complete source/argument/report association by reusing unchanged B35 source/output helpers and original pure scaler on this actual new source. Project each actual scaled quantity with same-row original pack quantity/price into original cost JSON rows [literal ingredient [unit],used quantity,pack quantity,pack price]. Original portions=String(actual native desiredServings),not an override;original integer1..1e9 rule means valid fractional/under1/over1e9 scaled desired count retains CP and refuses downstream. Original used0..1e12,pack positive1e-12..1e12,price0..1e12. UnitCost=packPrice/packQuantity;lineCost=used*unitCost;ordered reduce from0;batchCost=ingredientCost+other;costPerPortion=batchCost/portions. Preserve source operation order and all native fields/rows;no reassociation,rounding or purchased-pack ceiling.

Every row contains entire raw source,actual scaler arguments/native report. Original quote-all CRLF/protectfalse;input5MiB/20rows7columns147cells. Literal units remain per-row and no recipe aggregation is required.
