Limitations

Downloaded TXT contains HTML li code lines for your existing ul/ol; it adds no outer list, renders no HTML and publishes nothing. Input is literal plain text: apparent tags are escaped as text. Exact case-sensitive duplicate removal retains first occurrence after trimming; blank lines are removed. No arbitrary-HTML sanitization, URL validation or CMS/security certification. One UTF-8 input up to1,048,576 UTF-16 units and4,194,304bytes. Expanded handoffs remain bounded and may fail with a retained checkpoint. Originals and intermediates remain downloadable.
Other browsers, physical devices, hidden heap reclamation and forensic erasure remain unproven.
