Inventory real PDF link annotations, select a literal URI substring and download page, annotation and URI columns as a complete TSV review queue.

Limitations

One unencrypted PDF up to50MiB/500pages. Inventories real page Link annotations; printed URL-like text is excluded. URI strings are inert data and never fetched. Direct/named internal targets may be unresolved; other action types are listed without execution. At most10000annotations/named destinations/5000tree nodes/32768characters per link and20MiB report. Next JSON steps require5MiB, so a complete larger report rejects with retained checkpoint. Nonempty link arrays required; no synthesized empty CSV. Literal case-sensitive substring only; no URL validity, ownership, reachability, destination health or security claim. TSV contains page/annotation/URI with formula-leading characters protected by apostrophe. Final retains only latest selected CSV checkpoint, not initial complete JSON inventory. Download that inventory from the standalone extractor or a retained boundary checkpoint if needed; originals and earlier checkpoints retain omitted links.
