Generic source picker accepts TXT/JSON: use All files for .po/.pot or a UTF8 .txt copy; no file-dialog acceptance claim. Inspect only; no MO recovery/translation/edit/compile or plural-language correctness claim. Full report<=8MiB must fit next5MiB/200000value/40level JSON input; converter<=10000records/200columns/200000data cells. Each intermediateCSV<=next5MiB; final escapedHTML<=20MiB.
