Limitations

One UTF-8 comma-separated CSV; columns 1/2 are exact QR payload and filename name, with eligibility in column 3. Exact case-sensitive eligibility match; keep the first complete row per exact payload. No trimming, URL validation or navigation. CSV intermediates retain literal formula-leading content; XLSX writes explicit string cells. Final ZIP contains 1–99 QR PNGs and a hash-only manifest. Payloads can be read by anyone scanning a PNG; filenames may expose names. Physical scanner/printing behavior is unverified. No eligible rows or oversized downstream input refuses with a genuine checkpoint. Original input retains all omitted/private rows.
