Limitations

One UTF-8 file, at most 1 MiB, 1,000 data rows, 20 input columns and 20,000 input cells. Downstream expanded files must fit each original processor limit. Original and intermediate downloads retain removed data; this is not redaction. Column 3 must equal yes. Final CSV passed to the exporter must fit 1 MiB, 1,001 rows including header, 20 columns and 20,000 cells; escaped source up to 5 MiB. Fixed p{3cm} columns, literal TeX escaping and optional bold header. TAB/unsupported C0 controls/DEL reject. No TeX compiler, PDF, font/glyph support or layout guarantee. This exports source, not document redaction.

Choose a saved comma-delimited CSV input; the first step fixes comma parsing. TSV input is not offered by this recipe.
