Packed Invoice Fields to JSON

Split a literal packed invoice field into exact components, select import columns, and download JSON records while retaining IDs and decimal spelling as strings.

Files and processing stay in this browser. Runtime assets load separately. Original and intermediate downloads retain their contents; no upload, redaction or secure-erasure claim.

About this flow

Split a literal packed invoice field into exact components, select import columns, and download JSON records while retaining IDs and decimal spelling as strings. Review complete original/intermediate/final downloads and the exact documented transformation.

Limitations

  • One UTF-8 file, at most 1 MiB, 1,000 data rows, 20 input columns and 20,000 input cells. Downstream expanded files must fit each original processor limit. Original and intermediate downloads retain removed data; this is not redaction. Column 2 contains exactly three colon-separated components. Empty components are retained, without trimming, regexes, discarded remainder or coercion. JSON values remain strings; no invoice validity, currency arithmetic, database submission or schema validation is performed. Removed internal fields remain in original/intermediate downloads.
  • Chromium viewport proof does not certify native Excel, other browsers, physical devices, heap/forensic erasure or destination semantics.
  • Choose a saved comma-delimited CSV input; the first step fixes comma parsing. TSV input is not offered by this recipe.
