About this flow

Reconstruct explicit grouped-row category membership and exclude unresolved rows before record export. DTH exact-empty semantics do not claim Power Query null equivalence.

Limitations

First column is the category in an explicitly grouped rectangular comma CSV. Only exact empty strings inherit the preceding nonempty category in original order; whitespace, false-looking and null-looking text remain data. Leading unresolved blank categories are then deliberately excluded; no back-fill, interpolation or guessed membership. Selected fields become complete string-valued JSON records. Payload only: supplementary fill-report.json counts are deliberately omitted from this one-artifact workflow; use the standalone tool for its full report. Original/checkpoints retain excluded/internal values; this is not redaction. Input5MiB/50000rows/500columns/500000cells; no short-row padding. Intermediate≤5MiB, output≤20MiB. No universal null semantics, Office rendering or destination import acceptance.
