About this flow

Choose a UTF-8 CSV/TSV contact export and its actual delimiter. Set the original contact key and selected review columns, then choose duplicate-key and sort positions in the reordered sheet. Download a protected TSV roster, original file and latest completed intermediate. Later exact duplicate keys are discarded rather than merged.

Limitations

One UTF-8 table up to 5 MiB, 50,000 data rows, 500 columns and 500,000 cells including header. Each intermediate must fit the next 5 MiB input bound.
Only zero-length keys are excluded. Case/whitespace-distinct keys remain distinct. This does not validate email syntax, identities, consent, deliverability or address canonicalization.
Later duplicate records are discarded, not merged. No contacts yields a header-only sheet. Formula protection applies to the final TSV only; spreadsheet type inference remains an import choice.
TSV review output is not a claim of direct Outlook import compatibility. Other-browser/physical-device, heap and erasure behavior remain unproven.
